HOW LONG DOES THIS PROMOTION RUN FOR AND WHEN DO I NEED TO GET MY CLAIM IN BY?
The promotion is based on purchases made between the 1st – 31st August 2020. Final claims need to be submitted by AEST 11:59PM, 30th September 2020.
HOW DO I CLAIM MY BONUS WINE?
Visit the Claim Page here and input all requested details, upload a scanned copy of your purchase receipt and submit the fully completed online claim form. You will be contacted by one of our team members who will advise on the status of your submission when available.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY WINE PACKAGE?
Once the claim has been validated, the verified eligible claimant will:
a) receive an email from the promoter with a Promo Code (“Promo Code”) which will entitle the Eligible Claimant to select and redeem one Wine Package from Treasury Wine Estates Vintners Limited ABN 55 004 094 599 (“TWE”)
b) The Eligible Claimant will be prompted to visit https://www.thegrapebunch.com.au/en-au/narta/;
c) Enter their contact and delivery information;
d) Select their preferred wine package from the options available (“Wine Package”);
e) Confirm that they are over 18 years of age;
f) Accept the Terms and Conditions; and
g) Enter and apply their Promo Code.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WINE PACKAGE?
Once you have successfully redeemed your promo code, your selected Wine Package will be delivered via Australia Post to the address nominated on your claim within 30 days. For deliveries to rural or remote areas of Australia, please allow 6 weeks for delivery after redemption.
CAN I CHANGE MY WINE SELECTION AFTER I HAVE REDEEMED THE PROMO CODE?
Once the promo code has been redeemed and wine package has been selected, that selection cannot be changed.
HOW DO I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ENTRY?
Our team will contact you throughout the validation process; this includes notifying you when claims have been submitted and received, valid, pending or invalid. Claims that are made pending, will require resubmission based on the details supplied in the email. You will receive an update within 10 business days of submitting your entry.
